☀️My son Axel James ☀️is growing up so fast! He's about to graduate to middle school and he turns 11 next month – and I couldn't be more proud of him. Axel is super smart, caring, and creative. He loves solving problems and building things. He is full of energy, loves to read, swim, do ceramics, and play games. He is a very healthy boy who's been vegetarian since birth and 100% vegan for the last four years. Here's a bit about Axel now: ?Favorite food: strawberries ? Favorite movie: Captain Underpants ? Favorite book series: The Wings of Fire ? Favorite game: Mancala ? Favorite tablet game: Roblox and Minecraft ? Favorite color: green, red, and blue ?Favorite meal by mom: soups and tacos ? Favorite animal: cats and snakes ?Favorite tree: apple ? Favorite season: summer This picture was just a few days ago in the community garden where I teach fourth graders hands on nutrition/health. It was fun to take my kids there for a homeschool field trip and I'm glad that my mom was with us this day too. We checked out all that was growing and they got to harvest a few carrots, strawberries, potatoes, and herbs. We also collected a few leaves for our plant taxonomy project. ?☘️?????? #myson #AxelJames #homeschoolers #homeschoolife #vegankid #momlifeisthebestlife #myplantbasedlife #kidsinthegarden #edibleeducation
